This hand is not old, just very cool and looks old and great in any setting especially on a ritual altar! 9" tall. In olden days, the Hand of Glory was an occult item made from the real severed left hand of a hanged thief and thought to produce magic powers especially for other thieves. When lit with a candle in it, it was said to give light only to the bearer, open locked doors and any he came across would be put to sleep.
